Feijoa & Peach Sour
This unique beer is a blend of several vintages from our barrel cellar. After aging in former NZ red & white wine barriques, it aged on fresh Cromwell peaches & Northland feijoas for several months. Cold conditioning followed for several months after. An array of spice, wine-soaked oak & layers of feijoa to soft, sweet peach up front gives way to bright acidity & a lingering complex finish. Drink now or cellar as long as you can resist.
