Our series of hoppy homage continues with one of Head Brewer Jason Bathgate’s favourites - Idaho 7. Here it’s paired with Lotus which brings oranges, vanilla, berries and tropical fruit notes. It’s the perfect partner to Idaho 7’s citrus-centricity. This combo delivers complexity with sublime drinkability. As always, drink fresh and don’t cellar. Hops reward the impatient.
