Smugglers Bay Imperial Oat Stout
Our Smugglers Bay Imperial Oat Stout is everything you expect from the style. Debuting at Winter Ales 2019, we brewed a classic imperial stout, adding massive amounts of oats for rich, silky body and full mouth-feel. We then let the beer rest in former Kentucky bourbon casks for a year then conditioned it with pure Grade B Vermont Maple syrup. A truly special beer with welcome complexity, drink now or age for 5-10 years, if you can wait that long.
