Our entry for the 2023 Malthouse/Fork & Brewer West Coast IPA Challenge takes its name from - you guessed it - 1986 blockbuster Highlander (Connor MacLeod, the Kurgan & immortality! Anyone?!) We used the magical trifecta of Simcoe, Zythos and Centennial for mesmerising layers of lemon zest, pine needles & floral notes with sticky resin-like undertones. No promises of eternal life, friends, but its rich, moreish malt base and soft, lingering bitterness will make you want to drink it... forever!
