Wicker Basket Solberry Sour
Our new series of sour ales continues with Wicker Basket Solberry. We're excited to partner exclusively with Northland's Maungatapere Farms in sourcing solberries, a tropical raspberry, for added regional terroir in our beers. For this one, we started a base brew with lactobacillus cultures before fermenting with ale yeast and conditioning on fruit for a week. With a big, juicy tropical-laden berry nose and a massive fruit palate with bright acidity, it's a crisp, refreshing summer ale with the gift of northland sunshine in every sip.
