Damaged or Defective Products: Notify us within 3 days of receiving a damaged or defective item.
Shipping Errors: In case of a shipping error, please inform us immediately, and we will promptly address the issue.
Timeframe for Refunds:
Customers must inform us of their intention to return a product within 7 days of receiving it.

Refund Methods:
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. If the original payment method is unavailable, we may offer a store credit or an alternative arrangement.
Non-Refundable Items:
Certain items, such as opened, used, or consumed products, and customized or personalized items, are not eligible for refunds.
Return Shipping:
McLeod’s will cover any shipping costs for errors on our part, all other returns will be at the cost of the receiver.
Cancellation Policy:
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, cancellations may not be possible.
