Forty Acre Fresh Hop - Nelson Sauvin

First brewed in 2016, Forty Acre is our 6.8%  Fresh Hop Unfiltered IPA – a hopped-up celebration of the NZ harvest, showcasing the mighty Nelson Sauvin, grown by the fantastic crew at Clayton Hops.

We take fresh green cones, harvested at their peak in Nelson, and rush them straight to our brewhouse. Within hours, they're blasting through the batch with a raw, punchy hit of hop. No filtering, no compromises – just pure, unfiltered intensity.

And we don't do half measures—over 400kgs per batch means this beer doesn't just taste hoppy, it breathes hoppy. Big, resinous and bursting with classic Nelson Sauvin passionfruit flavours, all riding a luscious, oily body that coats your palate in pure hop goodness.
