A blend of a traditional Saison strain along with several fruit forward Brettanomyces strains. Late hopped with Nelson Sauvin and Citra, this beer is amazingly fruity. Bright pineapple and tropical fruits in aroma and flavours. Incredibly dry with soft sugary sweetness. Fruity when fresh, and will develop more funky earthy flavours over time.
