An enticing blend of numerous sour beer vintages from our barrel program, the majority of barrels used for our Dry-hopped Sour Ale 2020 are former Marlborough Chardonnay casks. Aromas of grapefruit & dank gooseberry lead to a soft sourness hinting at oak & vanilla. Finish is long & complex with lingering sour fruit notes over savoury green hops.
